Join me at the Flinders Island Gourmet Retreat at Cooma House at Badger Corner for an exciting and original Flinders Island dining journey that features locally grown produce, some of it straight from my garden. I also use fresh seafood, wallaby, fruit, vegetables, eggs and honey from around the island. You will start with tastings then be seated for another four courses. The degustation will include matching wines from local vineyards to complement the flavours of every dish. The retreat is set in a beautiful location overlooking Petrification Bay and the Franklin Sound across to the outer islands.
